SUFFOLK – Angela M. Holliman, 54, of 300 North Fourth Street, Suffolk, passed away August 28, 2008 at Sentara Obici Hospital. She was a native of Portsmouth. Mrs. Holliman was preceded in death by a brother, Sandy D. Hill.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Grover Holliman, her parents, Curtis E. Hill of Freehold, NJ and Mary F. Hill of Suffolk; five daughters, Renee D. Eley (Robert), Terry Wilson, Subrina Wilson, Kurtisha Wilson, and Kurtrina Wilson, all of Suffolk; two sons, Donald D. Hill-Eley (Songhai) of Baltimore, MD and Clarence Wilson, III of Suffolk; nine sisters, Ivey Hill, Zelda Hill, Joann Hyman (Carver), Francina Hicks, Melvina Hill, all of Suffolk, Wanda Hill of Norfolk, Chavioleyette Hill, Michelle Hill and Precious Hill, all of Freehold, NJ; five brothers, Marvin A. Hill, Terrance Hill, Brian Hill (Shelia), all of Suffolk, Cory Hill (Crystal) and Ron Hill, both of Newport News; fifteen grandchildren; god-brother, Michael Smith of Richmond; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
The funeral service e will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2008 at Sixth Street Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. James B. Williams, Pastor. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. The family will be at the home of her mother, Mary F. Hill, 323 Roland Street, Suffolk. Crocker Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
