Corrine Crocker, 69 of 1756 Mt. Lebanon Avenue, Suffolk died Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Sentara Obici Hospital. She was a native of Nansemond County and the daughter of the late John Crocker and Pauline Moore Crocker. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Crocker and Miles Crocker.
She was a member of Mt. Lebanon Church of God In Christ.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Tyrone Crocker (Amy) of Hampton, VA and Destry Crocker of Smithfield, VA; two sisters, Emily Crocker and Evelyn Eley both of Suffolk; two brothers, James Crocker and David Crocker both of Suffolk; one godchild, Alexis Phillips; a devoted nurse, Lynn Collins; a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Mt. Lebanon Church of God In Christ officiated by Rev. Larry Gray. Interment will be in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 11:30 p.m. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
