Donna Jeanne Brooks, known to everyone as "Tee Tee Donna" was called home to be with the Lord on 11 April 2008 admitted to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. She was born on November 2, 1950 in Chicago Illinois, one of 9 children born to the late Eugene and Edna Mahan. Donna was preceded in death by her siblings, Eugene Mahan Jr. of Wisconsin and Loretta Marshal-Hagler of California.

Donna graduated Valedictorian from Cosmetology School in June 2006 and received her Instructors license in July 2007.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her brothers Herbie Mahan of Wisconsin, Edwin (Betty) Mahan and Donald Mahan of Chicago, Robert (Stephanie) Mahan of California, Marvin Mahan and her sister Aletha Roberson of Georgia, her daughter Regina (Jeffrey) Gibson, her sons Kenneth Rayford Jr.and Starks Rayford, Jacqueline Melissa Rayford, her 10 grand children Stasha, Malique, Kadeem, Lil Kemo, Tiana, Tatiana, JT, Deanna, Sasha, Startavis and a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Tee Tee was known by many and loved by all who came in contact with her. May her light continue to shine in us as bright as it shined in her each and every day of her life.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Crocker Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Pastor Robert Mahan. The family will assemble at 5433 Ann Arbor Lane, Virginia Beach at 11:30 a.m. for the funeral processional. Crocker Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
