DELTRON LAMONT NICHOLS

 

 

Deltron Lamont Nichols, 34, of 1508 Crystal Lake Drive, Portsmouth, passed away January 27, 2008. He was born in Suffolk, VA to Mary Nichols Harrell and the late Johnny Norfleet.

Mr. Nichols attended John F. Kennedy High School and later attended the Job Corp and received training as an electrician. He was a member of the New Mt. Joy Food For Living Ministries and a watch care member at Bethany Baptist Church. He was affiliated with the Earth Angels of 7 Cities, spiritual faith-based outreach center.

Deltron leaves to mourn his loss and cherish his memory: his fiancéé, Angela Clark of Virginia Beach; one daughter, Mary E. Hatach of Portsmouth; one son, Trevien Nyrell Williams of Chesapeake; four sisters, Carmen "Val" Milteer (Curtis) of Suffolk, Debbie Sullivan (Henry), Sandy Thorne and Lida Thorne, all of Georgia; three brothers, Master Sgt. Antonio Nichols (Cynethia) of Fayetteville, NC, Dwight Nichols of Portsmouth, and Terry Williams (Crystal) of Suffolk; Maternal Grandmother, Helen Nichols (George) of Suffolk; Maternal Grandfather, Stanley Lewis Chapman of Suffolk; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at Noon Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the New Mt. Joy Food For Living Ministries, 307 County Street, Suffolk. Interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 10:30 a.m. Crocker Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
