SUFFOLK - Delma W. Edwards, of 6865 Crittenden Road, Suffolk, widow of Albert Edwards Jr., peacefully answered the Master’s call on Friday, May 2, 2008 at Nansemond Pointe Rehabilitation Center, Suffolk. She was a native of Isle of Wight County and daughter of the late Kelsey and Mary Agnes Newby Warren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Albert Kelsey Edwards, III.
She was a graduate of East Suffolk High School and a member of Diamond Grove Baptist Church of Suffolk.
She leaves to cherish precious and lasting memories, her son, Todd Edwards of Suffolk; one sister, Shirley O. Warren of Suffolk; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, May 9th at Christian Home Baptist Cemetery in Windsor, Va. The family will receive visitors at the residence or at Crocker Funeral Home.
