Suffolk - Jane Alice Allen, 65, of the 6800 block of Crittenden Road, Suffolk, entered into eternal rest and peace on Monday, February 4, 2008 at Nansemond Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was born in Nansemond County to the late Samson J. And Clara Booker Fulgham.

She was a member of Diamond Grove Baptist Church where she sang in the Senior Choir.

She leaves to cherish precious memories: her devoted husband, Theodore Allen, Sr.; ONE DAUGHTER, Debra Holley (Curtis S.) Of Suffolk; four sons, Timothy Allen (Cora), Theodore Allen, Jr., and Wayne Allen, all of Suffolk, and James Allen (Wandra) of Franklin; three sisters, Rosa Mae Diggs of Baltimore, MD, Ethel Lee King, and Brenda D. Hatton (William) of Suffolk; three brothers, Earnest Fulgham, William Fulgham, and Fletcher Fulgham (Beatrice), all of Suffolk; eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren; three sisters-in-law, Mary Lee Edwards, Willie Beatrice Fulgham, and Pearline Fulgham; four brothers-in-law, David Allen, Lewis Lee Allen, Arthur Allen, and William Hatton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, February 8, 2008 at Diamond Grove Baptist Church, 6890 Crittenden Road, officiated by The Rev. Dr. Calvin Lillard. The family will be at the home of Debra Holley, 6729 Crittenden Road. Crocker Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
