Lisa Lee Golden, 42, of 3016 Hanes Ave., Richmond, Va entered eternal rest on December 7, 2007 at her residence. She was a native of Nansemond County and daughter of the late, Martha Golden and Kelly Futrell, Sr.
She was a former employee of McDonald’s Restaurant and was a member of New Paul’s Temple Holiness Church of Deliverance, Suffolk, Va.
She leaves to cherish her memory: one son, Kevin Lamont Williams of Victoria, Va.; six brothers, William T. Golden (Marion) of Hampton, Va., James Lee Golden, Kelly Golden, Sr. of Suffolk, Va., Randy Futrell of Richmond, Va., Kelly Futrell, Jr. and John Lee Futrell of New York, N.Y.; two sisters, Mary Futrell of New York, N.Y and Jean Lucky of Hampton, Va.; one uncle, Elder William E. Golden of Va. Beach, Va.; four aunts, Virginia Ralph, Anna Porter, Frances Towns and Gracie Wilson all of Suffolk, Va.; three nephews, one great nephew and niece, a devoted friend, Phil Ayers of Richmond, Va and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 13, 2007 at New Paul’s Temple Holiness Church, 720 Hosier Rd, Suffolk, with Pastor Catherine Skinner officiating. Interment will be held in Langston’s Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home of Mary Towns,1013 Lake Kennedy Dr. Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
