IVOR - Nell Beatrice Clary, 94, of Ivor, entered into eternal rest and peace on March 5, 2008 at Nansemond Pointe Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Suffolk. A native of Southampton County, she was daughter of the late Charles and Annie Taylor Green and the widow of Winston Clary, Sr.

She was retired from the Homestead Restaurant. She was a member of Gilfield Baptist Church of Ivor.

She leaves to mourn and treasure her memory, one son, Winston N. Clary (Delois) of Richmond; six grandchildren, Laura D. Holloway (Charlie), Allen Clary (Heida), Anthony Clary, Patricia Brown (Earl), Edward Clary, and Leonard West (Carol); 24 great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2008 at Gilfield Baptist Church and will be officiated by The Rev. Shirley Harris. Interment will be in the Clary Family Cemetery, Ivor. The family will assemble at the church at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. Crocker Funeral Home, Suffolk, is handling arrangements.
