SEDLEY- Roslyn Thomas, 50, of 16171 Johnson Mill Road, Sedley died suddenly in her home on December 30, 2008.  She was a native of Brooklyn, NY and daughter of the late Elijah Thomas, Sr. and Annie Turner Thomas.  She was formerly employed
as a nursing assistant at an Assisted  Living home.  

Surviving to remember her loving kindness and cherish her memory are three daughters, Kawana Thomas of Long Island, NY, Angie Davis of Manhattan, NY and Shatona Thomas of Long Island, NY; three sons, Anthony Strickland, Liberty Thomas  and Duane Thomas, all of Brooklyn, NY; one brother, Elijah Thomas, Jr. of Petersburg;  nine grandchildren;  one aunt, Althea T. Chambliss (Robert) of Richmond; devoted Companion, Leffie Lankford and nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

The funeral  Service  will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 2009 at Crocker Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
