Besides his mother, he leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Linda Towns, of Portsmouth, Va.; two sons, Alex D. Towns and Christopher Lee Towns, both of Portsmouth; one sister, Robin M. Langston (Kevin), of Corapeake, N.C.; one brother, James Towns, of Corapeake, N.C.; and nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009 at Crocker Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery. The family will assemble at 5409 Godwin Blvd., Suffolk at noon for the procession to the funeral. Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. is handling the arrangements.
